The White Dunes are very close to the lake, and to save time on the road it is more convenient to visit these two places at the same time. The heaviest lotus bloom occurs in July-September, the whole lake is covered with buds, and the shores are covered with amazed tourists. Swimming in this lake is strictly prohibited, the depth of the lake is more than 20 m, and the algae become very dangerous “nets” for bathers. Beautiful flowers are admired from the shore or ride on it in a boat, which gives great pleasure to vacationers. asiatrip vietnamtravel Detailed Reviews Reviews order informed by descriptiveness of user-identified themes such as cleanliness, atmosphere, general tips and location OHo Chi Minh City, Vietnam7 contributionsSep 2019Of all the things really worth seeing when you're in Mui Ne. When you get to see some flowers, they are very beautyful. I would suggest to ask before going if the flowers are in bloming season or not to avoid desapointment. First, they tried to make us ride a bicycle which could float which was way cheaper than the kayaks we refused and they gave us the kayaks, 5 mins into the paddle we were sinking, and the name... there are no lotus flowers. If visiting the dunes do not even bother with the lake.
